Owner Jordan reportedly refreshed a third-party projection page 847 times between 11:00 a.m. and kickoff without moving RB “Thursday Decision” Cole from the bench to the start slot — or moving WR “Safe Floor” Kim out of FLEX.
Each refresh produced a new decimal on Cole’s projected points. Jordan interpreted 0.3 swings as “the model knows something.”
Cole scored 18.6 on the bench. Kim scored 4.1 in FLEX. Jordan’s postgame analysis: “The algorithm lied to me in both directions, which is suspicious.”
Jordan’s league mates asked Jordan to pick a lane: trust Thursday or trust Sunday panic. Jordan opened another tab.
